Your subscription gives you unlimited access to the complete Lokaa self-led courses — every lesson, every level, and every playlist. You can watch as many videos as you like, as many times as you like, on any device.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — your access simply continues until the end of the current month, with no further charges. Annual plans are a full-year commitment: if you choose to cancel before the year is up, your access remains active through the end of the 12-month term, and the subscription is not eligible for a partial refund. We encourage you to start with a monthly plan if you'd like to explore Lokaa before committing to a year.
You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time — the change takes effect at your next renewal. Please note that once an annual plan begins, it runs for the full 12-month term. We're unable to switch an active annual plan back to monthly mid-term, and partial refunds are not available. If you're unsure, starting monthly is always a great option.
On a monthly plan, cancelling simply stops the next charge and your access ends at the close of the billing period. On an annual plan, your subscription stays active for the remainder of the 12-month term — there are no partial refunds for unused months. Either way, your progress and account data are fully preserved, so you can pick up exactly where you left off whenever you're ready.
We offer a complimentary introductory period for new subscribers. This gives you the opportunity to explore the self-led courses and experience the Lokaa curriculum before committing. Contact us to arrange your trial access.
The Family plan supports up to 5 individual learner profiles under one subscription. Each member has their own separate progress tracking, so everyone can learn at their own pace through the playlists.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment methods. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Invoices are generated automatically for every transaction.
